Installation安装5.1 Installationpreparations安装准备5.1.1 Scheduling时序安排 Theinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingmustbetemporallycoordinatedwithotherinstallationworks.Thisparticularlyreferstoworkscarriedoutatthevesselsandsurfacestobeheated,theelectricalinstallationandheatinsulation.电伴热的安装

2、工作要同其他工作协调进行。主要指筒体和需电伴热的表面的安装工作，电气安装和加热伴热装置。 Allinstallationworksatthevesselsandsurfacesmusthavebeencompleted.筒体和伴热表面的所有安装工作应已经完成。 Pressuretestsaswellasmaterialtestsofthepipingsystemshouldhavebeenterminatedpriortoinstallingtheelectricaltraceheating.在电伴热安装前，请先进行管路系统的压力测试和材料检3佥。5.1.2 Inspectionspriort

3、oinstallation安装前检验 Checkwhetherallmaterialrequiredfortheinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingisavailableattheconstructionsiteandfreeofdamage.检查电伴热安装所需的所有材料是否都已经到现场，并且没有损坏。 Aboveallzcheckwhethertheidentificationoftheheatingcableandthecomponentscomplieswiththeconfigurationdocuments(materiallist)andt

4、ypeexaminationcertificates.重要的是，检查加热电缆的规格和其他零件是否符合相关文件要求和是否同检验证书相符合。 Checkonthebasisoftheproduct-accompanyinginstallationinstructionswhetherallrequiredtoolsarecompletelyavailable.根据随产品所附的安装说明书要求，检查是否所有安装所需的工具均已齐全。 Plantheroutingoftheheatingcablebyinspectingthevessel/surfacetobeheated.设计加热电缆在筒体/伴热表面的

5、布线方法。 Withinthiscontext,payattentiontosharpedgesandunevensurfaceswhichmaydamagetheheatingcableandremovethem.检查伴热表面是否有锐利边或不平整，并去除，以免划破电缆。 Varnishedandpaintedvesselsandsurfacesmustbecompletelydrybeforestartinginstallationworks.在电伴热安装之前，上过漆的表面必须完全干燥后再进行。 Verifywhethertheactualsurfacetobeheatedcompliesw

6、iththecalculatedsurface.核对实际所需伴热表面是否同原计算的表面一样。 Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,verifywhetherthevessel/surfacedimensionscomplywiththedimensionsusedfordesigndimensioning.Onlycuttheheatingcabletolengthafterithasbeenroutedandfixedinaccordancewiththedesigndimensioning.在布线前，核对筒体/表面的实际尺寸是否与原设计的尺寸一致。然后按照设计尺寸要

7、求在布好线，固定好后再把电缆安装到设备表面。5.2 Installationoftheheatingcable加热电缆安装方法5.2.1 Routingoftheheatingcable-installationofthefixingaccessories加热电缆布线-(钩钉焊接安装) Approx.5fixingpinspersquaremetermustbeattachedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansofspotwelding.每平方米伴热表面需要点焊大约5个固定钉。 Thepointsfortheweldingspotsonthesurfacetobehea

8、tedmustbecleanedbymeansofananglegrinderorasimilardevice(sketch1).伴热面上的需要点焊的地方必须先用一角形磨刀或其他类似工具清理干净(见示意图1) Then,thefixingpinsareweldedtothesurfacebymeansofspotwelding(sketch2).然后，将固定钉点焊到伴热面上。5.2.2 Installationoftheheatingcable加热电缆安装方法 Tounrolltheheatingcable,useastablefixturefortheheatingcablereel.展开加

9、热电缆，电缆轴要用一稳定的固定装置。 Evenlywindtheheatingcableoffthereel(sketch5).Avoidextensivepullingaswellasbendingandcrimpingoftheheatingcable.均匀的展开加热电缆。展开过程中注意不要用力拉扯,不要弯卷,卷边。 Whenrollingtheheatingcableoffthereel,observethatthecabledoesnotrunovercornersorsharpedges.在展开过程中要特别注意，不要让电缆经过转角和接触较锐利的边角。 Donotsteponthehe

10、atingcable!Donotusetheheatingconductorasasteppingloop!Donotdriveovertheheatingcablewithavehicleandkeepotherpeoplefromdrivingoverthecable.注意不要踩塌电缆！不要将热导体作为每圈的分段。不要让卡车轧过电缆！Startingattheterminalboxztheheatingcableisroutedoverthesurfacetobeheatedinloopsand从接线盒开始，加热电缆开始在加热表面上布线，并且fixedbymeansoftheEMKorEK

11、Lspacingstripattachedbeforehand(sketch5)Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,thespacingstripsarefixedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansoffixingpinsandlockingwashersattachedbeforehandorbymeansofwelding.Forthispurpose,thesurfaceispunctuallycleanedinaccordancewiththepartitioningtopreparethefixingPinsweldingbymeans

12、oftheweldclamp(referto5.2.1;5.2.2).在加热电缆布线之前,先将固定钉焊接的方式固定在伴热表面上。当然，需要焊接固定钉的表面也已经按照要求清洁完毕(参见5.2.1和5.2.2) Whenroutingtheheatingcable,alwaysobservetheminimallypermissiblebendingradius!(5xexternaldiameterforEKLandEMK).在布线过程中，要时刻留意下允许的最小弯曲半径(EKL和EMK外径的5倍)Example:例如EDheatingcable=3mm加热电缆外径=3mmCablespacing

13、=FactorbendingradiusXexternaldiameterheatingcable电缆间距二弯曲半径系数X加热电缆外径Cablespacing=5x6mm=30mm电缆间距=5X6=3OmmWhenroutingtheheatingcable,observethattheheatingcablecanbere-routedwithoutanyjunctions.Couldleadmustbeoutofinsulation.在布置电缆时，注意不能有电焊作业。不能有电伴热之间的交叉重叠,电伴热冷端焊接头须露出保温材料否则要重新布置。Whenrouting,considerallfi
