TosupporttheconstructionoftheGuangdong-HongKong-MacauGreaterBayArea,theStateCouncilherebyapprovesthetemporaryadjustmentstotheimplementationoftheapplicableprovisionsoftheRegulationofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonGuaranteeforCustomsAffairsandtheRegulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonImportandExportDuties(thecatalogueisattachedbelow)inGuangdongasofthedateofissuanceofthisNotice.ThepolicyofexemptionfromguaranteeshallapplytothequalifiedHongKongmotorvehiclesenteringandleavingtheMainlandaccordingtothepolicyonHongKongmotorvehiclesenteringandleavingtheMainlandviaZhuhaiHighwayPortofHongKong-Zhuhai-MacaoBridge(hereinafterreferredtoas"HongKongvehiclesgoingnorth")andloMacaomotorvehiclesenteringandleavingtheMainlandaccordingtothepolicyonMacaomotorvehiclesenteringandleavingtheMainlandviaZhuhaiHighwayPortofHongKong-Zhuhai-MacaoBridge(hereinafterreferredtoas"Macaovehiclesgoingnorth").II.
