目 录一、工程概况················································································二、编制依据················································································三、施工前准备············································································· (一)、材料················································································· (二)、施工条件············································································四、施工工艺················································································· (一)、构造做法············································································ (二)、施工工艺············································································ (三)、质量标准············································································ (四)、模板拆除质量应符合的规定······················································· (五)、施工注意事项·······································································五、模板安装及混凝土浇筑方法和有关注意事项·····································六、支模检测·················································································七、质量保证措施···········································································八、安全技术措施···········································································九、雨季施工施工措施·····································································十、防台风措施··············································································十一、安全应急救援预案··································································十二、梁板支模计算书····································································· (一)、120厚楼板模板支撑计算书(钢管)·············································· (二)、120厚楼板模板支撑计算书(门式)·············································· (三)、400×800梁模板支撑计算书(钢管)············································· (四)、400×800梁模板支撑计算书(门式)·············································十三、附图··················································································· 一、工程概况建设单位:工程名称: 建设地点: 设计单位: 本工程为某集团投资兴建,位于广州市某路,其中高架仓库为一层框架结构,局部五层,总建筑面积约6597.5m2,建筑高度为22.2m,结构安全等级为二级。据统计,在结构施工中,超过8米高度的模板支撑体系总平面长63m,宽45.5m,轴线范围1-2轴1-10轴×1-A轴1-H轴,板厚120mm,板层标高为18.4m砼等级C30。根据现场实际情况和材料,我项目将该部分高支模采取钢管满堂架形式搭设支撑体系。根据不同部位的搭设方式相同取最大搭设高度等作为代表进行计算。 本工程高支模位置为:1. 1-31-10×1-A1-H轴位置二层楼面(板面标高5.600米)、三层楼面(板面标高8.800米)、四层楼面(板面标高12.000米)、五层楼面(板面标高15.200米)中空至屋面层楼面(板面标高18.400米),该位置梁板钢管立杆支承在室外地坪上(地面标高±0.000米)(素土夯实,100厚C15混凝土垫层),最大支模高度为18.4米,其结构梁截面有200×400mm、250×600 mm、300×600mm、200×700mm、300×700mm、300×750mm、200×800mm、300×800mm、350×800mm、400×800mm、450×850mm、450×900mm、500×1000mm、250×1200mm、400×1200mm,板厚120 mm。2. 1-21-3×1-A1-H轴位置四层楼面(板面标高12.000米)、五层楼面(板面标高15.200米)中空至屋面层楼面(板面标高18.400米),该位置梁板钢管立杆支承在三层楼面(板面标高8.800米),最大支模高度为9.6米,其结构梁截面有200×400mm、250×600 mm、300×600mm、200×700mm、300×700mm、300×750mm、200×800mm、300×800mm、350×800mm、400×800mm、450×850mm、450×900mm、500×1000mm、250×1200mm、400×1200mm,板厚120 mm。3. 本工程本工程电梯机房标高21.36米楼板,支模高度为22.86米,电梯井位置梁板钢管立杆支承在电梯井底坑上(板面标高-1.500米),其结构楼板厚度120mm。上述高支模区梁截面有200×400mm、250×600 mm、300×600mm、200×700mm、300×700mm、300×750mm、200×800mm、300×800mm、350×800mm、400×800mm、450×850mm、450×900mm、500×1000mm、250×1200mm、400×1200mm,板厚120 mm。现分别对截面300×750mm、400×800mm、500×1000mm、400×1200mm以及120mm厚楼板进行计算。其中200×400mm、250×600 mm、300×600mm、200×700mm、300×700mm按照梁截面300×750mm支模支模进行施工;400×800mm、300×800mm、350×800mm按照梁截面400×800mm支模支模进行施工;450×850mm、450×900mm按照梁截面500×1000mm支模支模进行施工;250×1200mm按照梁截面400×1200mm支模支模进行施工。二、编制依据建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范JGJ130-2011;建筑施工模板安全技术规范(JGJ162-2008);木结构设计规范GB50005-2003(2005年版);混凝土结构工程施工规范GB50666-2011混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB502042002)(2011年版);建筑施工手册(第三版)中国建筑工业出版社;建筑施工工艺标准中国建筑工业出版社(广州市建筑集团有限公司编);×××公司高架仓库工程建筑结构施工图;广东省建设工程高支撑模板系统施工安全管理办法粤建监字【1998】027号;省、市建委对高支模的有关规定;三、施工前准备(一)、材料根据现有实际情况选择高支模施工的使用材料如下 楼面模板梁侧模和底模模板采用18mm厚夹板;梁底侧模板的竖直枋木采用50mm×100mm枋木;梁底托梁采用3.0厚48双钢管;楼面模板底采用50mm×100mm枋木;梁楼面支撑采用3.0厚48钢管脚手架可调式U型上托盘和可调式或固定底座;剪刀撑纵横水平拉杆采用3.0厚48钢管钢材采用Q235(二)立杆基础钢管立杆支承在首层地面上(素土夯实,100厚C15混凝土垫层),可满足立杆基础要求高支模立杆支承在下层梁板上,为安全起见,高支模范围内对应的下层楼板梁板模板支撑暂不拆除,待高支模楼面混凝土浇筑完毕十天后才能拆除。(如支撑已拆除,则采用钢管或门式架回顶,回顶钢管或门式架的间距按支模立柱)。(二)、施工条件1、模板涂刷脱模剂,并分规格堆放,根据图纸要求,放好轴线和模板边线,定好水平控制标高。2、柱混凝土浇筑完毕。3、根据模板方案、图纸要求和工艺标准,向班组进行安全、技术交底。4、钢管支撑地基应平整夯实,并满足承载力要求,应有可靠的排水措施,防止积水浸泡地基。5、模板安装前,先检查模板、构配件质量,不符质量标准的不得投入使用。四、施工工艺(一)、构造做法1. 模板做法1) 300×750mm梁梁侧模板50mm×100mm竖枋间距300mm,梁底50mm×100mm横枋间距300mm,托梁采用50mm×100mm木方,托梁纵距900mm,横距为900mm,钢管立杆纵向间距900mm,横间距为900mm(2支一排),立杆须与纵横水平杆用钢扣连接。钢管底座垫50mm×100mm孖枋木。2) 400×800mm梁梁侧模板50mm×100mm竖枋间距300mm,梁垂直方向对拉螺栓设1道,对拉螺栓直径12mm,对拉螺栓垂直方向距离在梁底上为350mm,对拉螺栓水平方向距离600mm,用孖钢管作为横楞,用蝴蝶扣及对拉螺栓联结。梁底50mm×100mm横枋间距300mm,托梁采用50mm×100mm木方,托梁纵距900mm,横距为900mm,钢管立杆纵向间距900mm,横间距为900mm(2支一排),立杆须与纵横水平杆用钢扣连接。钢管底座垫50mm×100mm孖枋木。3) 500×1000mm梁梁侧模板50mm×100mm竖枋间距300mm,梁垂直方向对拉螺栓设1道,对拉螺栓直径12mm,对拉螺栓垂直方向距离在梁底上为450mm,对拉螺栓水平方向距离600mm,用孖钢管作为横楞,用蝴蝶扣及对拉螺栓联结。梁底50mm×100mm横枋间距225mm,托梁采用3.0厚48双钢管,托梁纵距900mm,横距为900mm,钢管立杆纵向间距900mm,横间距为900mm(2
