LaborEmploymentContractThislaborandemploymentcontractisformulatedbybothpartiesthroughfriendlynegotiationonavoluntarybasis.ThecontentsoftheContractcomplywithrelevantlocallawsandmanagementregulations.Bothpartiestothecontractpromisetojointlyabidebyallthetermsofthecontract.ChapterIbasicinformationofbothpartiestothelaborandemploymentcontract1 .partyACo.,Ltd.,thecompany'sprincipal,thecompany'sregisteredaddress,thecompany'sbusinessaddress.Companymailbox.2 .PartyBacontactnumber,emailaddress.Chapter II startingtimeandtermoflaboremploymentcontract3 .Afterfriendlynegotiation,bothpartiesunanimouslydecidetoadopttheformof.ThecontractstartsonMay1,2022.4 .ThefixedtermofthecontractisfromMay1,2022toMay1,2025.5 .Thefirstthreemonthsofanemployeeenteringthecompanyaretheprobationperiod,thatis,theprobationperiodofthecontractisfromMay1,2022toAugust31,2022Chapter III worklocationandworkcontent6 .PartyAshallarrangePartyBtoworkattheworkplaceaccordingtotheactualworkneeds.7 .PartyAmainlyarrangesPartyBtoengageinDrodUCtSaIeS,whichPartyBneedstocompletecarefully,includingassistingthesalesmanagertoformulatethesalesplan,implementthesalesplan,conductregularcustomervisitsandcustomermaintenance,andotherworkcontentsarrangedbythesalesmanager.8 .PartyBneedstoconscientiouslycompletethejobresponsibilitiesandabidebytherulesandregulationsofpartyA.Chapter IV workinghours9 .TheworkofPartyBshalladopttheeightstandardhoursworkingsystem.PartyBshallnotworkmorethaneightstandardhoursperdayand40standardhoursperweekonaverage.Atthesametime,ifPartyAneedsitsemployeestoadoptworkingmethodssuchascentralizedwork,rotationwork,centralizedrestandflexibleworkinghours,itneedstotakefullaccountofPartyB,sphysicalcondition,negotiatewithPartyBandobtainPartyB,sownconsent.PartyAshalInottakeanythreats,intimidation,compulsoryrequirementsandothermeanstorequirePartyBtoworkforciblyortheworkinghoursexceedthelegalworkinghours.10 .EvenwiththeconsentofPartyB,partyALtd.shallnotallowPartyBtoworkmorethanonehouradayormorethanfourhoursaweek.11 .PartyAmustrespectandguaranteePartyB'srighttorestandvacation.PartyBshallfullyenjoytheholidaysandholidaysstipulatedbylaw,aswellastherightsoffamilyvisitleave,marriageleave,funeralleave,paidannualleave,maternityleaveandotherleaveChapter V employeecompensation12 .PartyAshalldeterminethesalarylevelofPartyBaccordingtotheeconomicefficiencyandproductionandoperationcharacteristicsofthecompanyandtheprovisionsoflocallaws.ThesalarylevelgivenbyPartyAtoPartyBshallcomplywithPartyB,slaborskilllevel,laborintensity,laborconditionsandlaborcontribution.PartyAmustadoptthemethodofequalpayforequalworktoPartyB,andshallnotadoptanyformofdiscriminationorsalaryreductiontoPartyB.13 .PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithabasicsalaryof100eurosperdayor2200eurospermonth.14 .ThebasicsalaryofPartyBduringtheinternshipperiodis90eurosperdayor1980eurospermonth.15 .PartyAshallpayPartyB'ssalaryinfullbymeansofcurrencyorbanktransferbeforethe5thdayofeachmonth.Incaseoffestivals,holidaysorrestdays,PartyAshalladvancethepaymentdatetothenearestworkingday.16 .AfterobtainingtheconsentofPartyB,PartyAshallcompensatePartyBforhislaborbeyondtheworkinghoursspecifiedbylaw.16.1 fPartyAdefaultsonPartyB'slaborremunerationorcanpayPartyBinfull,PartyBmaysuePartyAaccordingtothelaborcontractandlaws.Chapter VI employeewelfare18 .PartyAshallgiveperformancebonustoPartyBaccordingtothecompany'sregulationsandtheactualworksituationofPartyB.19 .PartyAshallgivePartyBaperformancecommissionaccordingtothecompany'sregulationsandPartyB,sactualwork.20 .TheperformancebonusandperformancecommissionofPartyBduringtheinternshipshallbeconsistentwiththeformalwork.21 .Bothpartiestothecontractshallpaythesocialinsuranceexpensesofemployeesinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflocallaws,andtheexpensesbornebyPartyBshallbewithheldandpaidbyPartyA.22 .Duringtheperformanceofthelaborandemploymentcontract,ifPartyBneedsrestandvacation,suffersfromoccupationaldiseaseorinjuryordeathduetowork,orinjuryordeathduetononworkreasons,PartyAneedstocompensateorcompensatePartyBinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflocallawsandregulations.23 .PartyAshallcompensatePartyBaccordingtolocallawsandregulationsincaseofmedicaltreatment,pregnancy,production,lactation,etc.duringtheperformanceofthelaboremploymentcontract.24 .PartyBcanenjoynomorethan10daysofpaidleaveeveryyear.Thecompanywillholdpublicexpenseperformanceeveryyear,andPartyBcanparticipatevoluntarily.ChapterVIIlaborprotection,laborenvironmentandprotectionofoccupationalhazardstoemployees25 .PartyAneedstoestablishperfectworkflowandoperationspecifications,andprovideasafeandhygienicworkingenvironment.26 .PartyAneedstoestablishaprotectionsystemagainstoccupationaldiseasesandoccupationalhazardsandtrainPartyB.PartyBshallstrictlyabidebytheseworksystemsandprocessesintheprocessofwork.27 .PartyAneedstoprovidePartyBwithregularhealthexaminationtoensurePartyB'shealth28 .IfPartyAviolatesthelawandforcesPartyBtoworkatrisk,PartyBhastherighttorefuse.PartyBmayaccusePartyAofactsendangeri
