PaymemOfCOmmiSSion.TheCommissionshallbepaidtotheConsultantimmediatelyuponthereleaseofthefirstpaymenttotheClientfromtheXXnGovernment,itssubsidiaries,affiliatesorassigns,withrespecttoanyTransaction.AllpaymentsmadetotheConsultanthereundershallbewiredtotheaccountsetforthinthisAgreement.ThedetailsofsuchaccountshallbedesignatedbytheConsultant.SuchdesignationshallbeapprovedbyperattachedAppendix.Thepaymentswillbemadewithoutprotesdelay,ordeductions(otherthannonalbankwirefees).3.佣金支付。佣金应于从XX政府包括它的子公司或受让人首次付款给客户时向顾问支付咨询费。所有付款应通过本协议下方约定的账户。账户信息应由顾问指定。这种指定,应附经同意的附件。款项就不会产生拒付,延缓或扣除额(除了正常的电汇费)。4. RighttoAudit.TheClientagreestoimmediatelyprovidetotheConsultantacopyofanycontractrelatedtoaTransactionhereunder.CommencingupontheexecutionofthisAgreementandinperpetuitythereafter,theConsultant,itsaccountantsorauditorsmay,uponthirty(30)dayspriornotice,duringreasonablebusinesshours,conductanauditofthebooksandrecordsoftheClientrelatingtotheTransactionsandtheCommissionsduetobepaidtotheClienthereunder(an"Audit").IfanAuditrevealsthatthereisanydiscrepancyintheConsultantfavorbetweentheamountactuallypaidbytheClientandtheamountowedtotheConsultanthereunder(a“Discrepancy"),theClientshall,withinthirty(30)days,remitpaymenttotheConsultantinthefullamountofsuchDiscrepancyplustenpercent(10%)ofthesame,inadditiontothecostoftheAudit.4.客户同意立即提供给顾问一份有关以下交易的合同复印件。自本协议执行起，顾问的会计或审计人员可以通过三十(30)天预先通知,在合理的营业时间，进行审计与交易有关的记录同时佣金据此支付。如果审计显示支付给顾问的费用与客户实际缴付的不符,客户应在三十(30)天内按照差额加10%的额度付款，除了审核的费用。5. Taxes;LatePayment.TheClientshallpayallsales,use,exciseandothertaxeswhichmaybelevieduponeitherpartyinconnectionwiththisAgreement,exceptfortaxesbasedontheConsultant'snetincome.Alatechargeof1-1/2%permonthmaybeappliedtoeachoftheClient'sinvoicesandexpensestatementsnotpaidbytheapplicableduedate,andtheClientshallreimbursetheConsultantforallreasonablecostsincurredbytheConsultantinconnectiontherewith,including,withoutlimitation,attorneyfeesandcollectionfees.5. 税；逾期付款。客户将支付除了顾问净收入的税费外的所有销售，消费和与这个协议相关的其他税。截止日期到了如果没有付款每月罚款1T2%还要付因晚付款而产生的律师费和托收费。6.
