Workperiodofthesubcontract分包合同工期自承包商签发安装工程开工通知书之日起算，工期为日历天。TheworkdurationofthesubcontractiscalendardaysfromtheissuancedateofthenoticetocommencetheInstallationWorksbytheContractor.分包合同生效7. Theeffectivenessofsubcontract除非分包合同另有约定外，分包合同在分包合同协议书经承包商和分包商双方法定代表人或其授权代表签字并加盖公章或合同专用章后生效。Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthesubcontract,thesubcontractshallenterintoforceuponsigningthesubcontractagreementbythelegalrepresentativesofthecontractorandtheSubcontractorortheirauthorizedrepresentativesandbeingsealedwiththeofficialsealorthespecialcontractseal.
