Thetermofthiscontractshallbefromto,withthefirstmonthsetasprobationperiod.III. PartyAshallinformPartyBofrelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople,sRepublicofChinaaswellasanyinstitutionsandadministrativestipulationsconcernedwithPartyB,semploymentashereinprovided.2. PartyAshallconductregularsupervision,inspectionandreviewofPartyB'sworkingperformance.3. PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditions.4. PartyAshalldeployfellowstaffforPartyBforcoordinationaffairs.5. PartyAshallpayPartyB,ssalaryasscheduled.VLPartyB,sObligations:1. PartyBshallobserverelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople,sRepublicofChinaandshallnotinterfereinChina,sinternalaffairs.2. PartyBshallobserveanyinstitutionsandadministrativestipulationsconcernedwithitsemployment,andshallbesubjecttoPartyA,sarrangements,supervision,inspectionandreviewofhis/herworkingperformance.WithoutPartyA,sconsent,partyBshallnotconductanypart-timejobassignedbyanyotherparty.3. PartyBshallfulfillthetasksassignedtohim/herwithhighstandardswithintheprescribedtimeframe.4. PartyBshallrespectChina,sreligiouspolicies,andshallnotconductanyreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewithhis/herstatusasaforeignexpert.5. PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeople,sethicsandcustoms.V.Revision,CancellationandTerminationoftheContract:BothPartiesshallabidebythecontractandshallrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.1 .Revisionofthecontract.Thiscontractcanberevisedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.2 .Cancellationofthecontract.Thiscontractcanbecanceledwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.(1) Underthefollowingconditions,PartyAshallhavetherighttoinformPartyBinwritingofthecancellationofthiscontract:a. PartyBfailstofulfillthiscontractortheobligationsandagreedconditionsashereinstipulated,andfailstoamendhis/heractionsafterPartyAhaspointeditout;b. Onthebasisofthephysician,sdiagnosis,PartyBfailstoresumenormalworkafterasickleaveforaperiodofsuccessive30days.(2) PartyBhastherighttoinformPartyAinwritingofthecancellationofthiscontractunderthefollowingconditions:a. PartyAfailstoprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthiscontract;b. PartyAfailstopayPartyBasscheduled.(3) Incaseeitherpartyaskstoterminatethiscontract,itshallgivea30daynoticetotheotherpartyinwriting,andthecontractshallonlybeterminatedafter30days.(4) Thiscontractcanbeterminateduponmutualagreementbybothparties.3.Terminationofthecontract.(1) Thiscontractshallbeterminatedonceitexpires.(2) Thiscontractmaybeterminatedwiththemutualconsentofbothparties,anditshallbestrictlyobserveduntilbothpartiesreachanagreementotherwise.VIU.BreachPenaltyWheneitherpartyfailstofulfillanypartoralloftheobligationsasstipulatedinthiscontract,thatis,intheeventofbreachofthecontract,thesaidpartyshallpayabreachpenaltyofUS$800to3000orequivalentto3to10timesPartyB,smonthlysalaryinRMB.Ifbothpartiesconsideritnecessarytodetermineanexactsumofthebreachpenalty,ortodetermineabreachpenaltyhigherorlowerthantheabove-mentionedamount,itshallbeexplicatedintheappendixofthiscontract.WhenPartyBclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,itshallproducecertifyingdocumentsissuedbycompetentauthorities;afterthecontractiscancelledwithPartyA,sconsent,PartyBshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyBfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelthiscontract,itshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyAasstipulatedinthiscontract.WhenPartyAclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,andthecontractisthuscancelledwithPartyBconsent,itshallbearPartyB,stravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyAfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelthiscontract,itshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredtoPartyBandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyBasstipulatedinthiscontract.IX. Theappendixofthiscontractformsanindispensablepartofthiscontractandshallhavethesamelegaleffectwiththetextofthiscontract.X. Thiscontractshalltakeeffectuponbeingsignedbybothpartiesandshallbeautomaticallyterminateduponexpiration.Wheneitherpartyrequiressigningarenew
