Inapatentinfringementactionresu1.tingfromtheinnovation-creationofwaysofproducingnewproducts,theentityorindividua1.thatproducesthesameproductsha1.1.provethatthewaysusedaredifferentfromthoseofthepatentho1.der;2. Inaninfringementactionresu1.tingfrompersona1.damagecausedbyhigh1.ydangerousoperations,theinfringingpersonsha1.1.beresponsib1.eforproducingevidencestoprovethatargumentthatthevictimcausedtheinjury;3.
