Thespecificcompositionofthecontractpriceandcalculatingmethodofthecontractpriceareshowninthefollowingtable.1.1.20服务费用：是指委托人用于支付受托人按照合同约定完成工程建设全过程咨询服务范围内全部工作的费用，包括合同履行过程中按合同约定进行的变更和调整。1.1.20Servicefee:referstotheamountusedbytheprincipletotrusteeforthepaymentofthetrusteeforcompletionofalltheworkswithinthescopeofthewholeprocessengineeringconsultingserviceinaccordancewiththecontract,includingtheamendmentandadjustmentsmadeunderthecontractduringperformanceofthecontract.1.1.21服务开支：是指受托人为履行合同向第三方支付的合理开支，包括但不限于受托人为履行合同发生的差旅费、通讯费、复印费、材料和设备检测费等。1.1.21ServiceExpenses:referstothereasonableexpensespaidbythetrusteetoathirdpartyfortheperformanceofthecontractincluding,butnotlimitedtoztravelexpenses,communicationexpenses,copyingexpenses,materialsandequipmenttestingexpensesincurredbythetrusteefortheperformanceofthecontract.第2条委托人Article2Principle2.1委托人一般义务2.1 Generalobligationsoftheprincipal2.1.1 委托人应遵守法律，并办理法律规定由其办理的许可、核准或备案，并将与咨询服务有关的相应结果书面通知咨询人。2.1.2 Theprincipleshallabidebythelawandhandlethevetting,approvalorfilingrequiredbythelaw,andnotifythetrusteeinwritingofthecorrespondingresultsrelatedtotheconsultingservice.因委托人原因未能及时办理完毕前述许可、核准或备案手续，导致服务费用增加和（或）服务期限延长时，由委托人承担责任，但因咨询人未能根据合同约定协助委托人办理前述许可、核准或备案手续而导致的除外。Iftheprinciplefailstocompletetheaforementionedvetting,approvalorfilingproceduresintimezwhichresultingintheincreaseinservicecostsand/orextensionoftheserviceperiod,theprincipleshallbeartheresponsibilitytherefromzhoweverthetrustee'sfailuretoassisttheprincipleinhandlingtheforegoinginaccordancewiththecontractexceptforlicensing,approvalorfilingprocedures.2.1.3 除合同另有约定外，委托人应向受托人提供咨询服务所涉及的必要外部关系的协调以及与其他组织联系的信息和方式，以便受托人收集需要的信息，为受托人履行职责提供外部条件。2.1.4 Exceptasotherwisestipulatedherein,theprincipleshallprovidethetrusteewiththecoordinationofallexternalrelationsinvolvedintheconsultingserviceandthechannelsofcontactwithotherorganizationssothatthetrusteecancollecttherequiredinformation.委托人应在工程合同中或根据工程合同约定及时向相关承包商、供应商、其他咨询方等提供受托人及咨询项目总负责人的名称或姓名、服务内容、权限及其他必要信息，并负责就受托人与委托人以及委托人的相关承包商、供应商、其他咨询方等之间的职权边界予以协调和明确。Theprincipleshall,underorinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecontractprovidetotherelevantcontractor,supplier,othertrustee'staffbeyondthiscontracttimelywiththetitleorname,managementscope,contentandauthorityofthetrusteeandothernecessaryinformationofthechiefprojectmanager,andshallberesponsibleforcoordinatingandclarifyingtheoverlappingorambiguousfunctionsofthetrusteewiththeprincipleandit'srelevantcontractors,suppliers,othertrustee/staffbeyondthiscontract.
